Welcome to the Alabama Takedown Academy.

The event this weekend was to be a duals tournament at Thompson Highschool hosted by Stronghold wrestling followed by a training camp on Sunday. The duals event was cancelled, and a standard bracketed tournament will occur in its` place. The camp on Sunday is still in place and the entire weekend is considered one event. That is all to explain the higher-than-normal entry price for this event. Registration is $75 and covers both Saturday and Sunday. The name of the event in TrackWrestling indicates that this will be a freestyle only tournament. Also, the expectation is that there will be high level, out of state competitors at this event.
